Scope of installation
This project included 2 main requirements.
- Upgrading/replacing the existing display & video conferencing system in the main boardroom.
- A Video conferencing system together with wireless connectivity in the sales room.
Main Boardroom:
For the main boardroom we installed an LG 86” 4K UHD Professional display. The TV was mounted on a wooden panel using a flat fixed bracket from Multibrackets .
Since the LG model quoted includes the ‘LG One Quick’ feature, we included a plug & play LG Wireless screen sharing USB key. This allows anyone using a Windows or Mac Laptop, to display information to the screen wirelessly, by just one click.
With respect to Video conferencing, we installed a Konftel compact 4K UHD EPTZ Camera on top of the LG display, together with a Sennheiser EPOS Expand 80T speaker phone with 6 digital omni directional microphones for rich, natural sound through Bluetooth. Since it’s a big room, and the table can take up to 16 delegates, we included 2 Expand 80 MIC for better coverage.
Sales Room:
A video conferencing system was added to the existing 85-inch display using the same configuration as the boardroom.
Wireless laptop connectivity was achieved in this by using a Barco Clickshare wireless presentation hub. This allows easy one click laptop connectivity for seamless presentations.
