This was an upgrade to a project we had finalised some years ago. The areas that the new tenant requested upgrading were the following.

1. Extension of Wi-Fi coverage
2. CCTV system via Wi-Fi
3. A new control system.
4. Cinema system amplification system to include control of music systems in kitchen, living and outdoor areas
5. Cinema seating

The Cinema Seating is of particular interest. We installed a set of seven Home Cinema Modules luxury seats. The handcrafted HCM Sirius cinema seats feature leather upholstery with the elegance of diamond stitching and of course cupholders and motorised recline.

The home cinema amplifier was replaced by the new Denon AVC-3700H the 9.2 channel, 8K home cinema receiver with 3D Audio and built in HEOS wireless music streaming.

The existing control system was also upgraded and replaced by a brand new Control4 system.
