The Q Series faithfully reproduces the subtleties of powerful bass instruments. Low-frequency drivers now have a larger roll surround, along with a new spider suspension to produce cleaner bass at high volumes.

A new cone structure improves midrange clarity, and an enhanced Auxiliary Bass Radiator (ABR) with a new surround and rear suspension delivers better controlled and more impressive bass.

Damped Tweeter Loading Tube

• Q Series carries over the vented tweeter design from other ranges, allowing for improved cooling (higher power handling) and less compression of the air behind the tweeter
• The Damped Tweeter Loading Tube, originally developed for REFERENCE provides a more gentle termination of the rearward sound of the tweeter
• This reduces harshness in the lower treble region

CFD Designed Port

• Designed using Computational Fluid Dynamics
• Geometry is tuned to minimise turbulence at high output
• Reduction in port noise
