The Bimap PM1122RL is an exceptionally budget-friendly remote control panel tailored for use with the PM1122 multifunctional pre-amplifier, boasting convenient local audio input options such as mini-jack and XLR connectors. This control panel provides users with seamless control over music levels, line source selection, and microphone mix levels. Additionally, it features a dual local source input capability, allowing for the connection of a microphone via XLR and/or an MP3 player, PC, or other line input via the stereo mini-jack connector. However, it’s important to note that the local source input operates in mono mode exclusively. For added versatility, phantom power can be applied to the XLR connector by adjusting a jumper located on the rear of the control panel. Connection between remote panels and the Biamp PM1122 is established using a standard CAT-5 cable wired according to the T-568B protocol, with a maximum cable length of up to 300 meters, depending on the circumstances. Each zone can be equipped with one PM1122RL, and mounting screws are included for easy installation.
