Scope of installation

Our client wanted to have All in one video conferencing solutions, together with professional displays for their new offices.

With respect to Video conferencing, for the bigger meeting rooms, we installed the Logitech Rally plus ULTRA HD solutions. The system includes a PTZ 4K UHD camera which delivers sharp video content, 2 powerful speakers for crisp, clear audio, and 2 wired Microphone pods placed on the meeting room table for unmatched voice clarity.

For the smaller meeting rooms, we used the Logitech Meetup system which is ideal for such spaces. With 4K optics and a super-wide 120-degree field of view, MeetUp makes every seat at the table clearly visible while its integrated audio is optimized for huddle room acoustics, ensuring everyone can be heard as well as seen. A wired Microphone pod was also included on the table, for better voice coverage.

LG professional displays featuring 400Nit brightness and designed for 16/7 operation were used throughout this project. Four 65” units were installed in the Lounge, Reception and meeting rooms while a smaller 55” unit was installed in the main office.

The client also requested wireless laptop connectivity onto the displays in the Lounge / Reception area, without having to plug in any HDMI cable. The solution was a Barco Clickshare wireless presentation hub, that makes presentations flow with just one click.
